2010 - Itsenäisyyspäivä 6th Dec.

We had lovely evening cruising around Auckland Harbour in a boat. The weather was very warm, and not windy at all. Great setting for Finland's Independence Day !
Honorary Ari Hallenberg read two speeches for us, Sauli Niinistö's and President Halonen's speeches.
Boat was full of people, so it was very cosy and with music in the background and delicious finger food which our members had brought with them, it was perfect evening to celebrate our Independence day!

Our three hour cruise went by before we knew and we were back at harbour. Something we might do again.
